We carry common parts on the van so most repairs are completed on the first visit. If we need a specialist part or further investigation, we'll make the situation safe, quote you for the full repair, and book a return visit. You only pay for work completed.
Is your work guaranteed?
Our 12-month guarantee is included with our membership plan. Members get £50 off all services, discounts on parts, £80 off our appliance store, and priority booking. Membership costs a low monthly price and gives you peace of mind on all plumbing work.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Our phone lines are open Mon-Thurs 8:30am-6pm, Fri 9am-4pm. If you call during these hours with an emergency, we can dispatch an engineer the same day, including outside normal hours if needed. We don't answer calls on weekends but you can book ahead.
